Los Andes Cafe (LAC) Refund and Returns Policy

Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or credit card used for your purchase within 5-7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your credit card issuer or banking institution. Customer will be responsible of paying the return shipping cost.

Third-Party Purchases: We cannot process returns for purchases made through third-party partners such as Whole Foods, local grocers, or hotels. If your order was placed with one of our partners, please reach out to their Customer Care team for instructions on how to handle returns or exchanges.

Non-Refundable Items: Please be aware that gift cards and downloadable items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Returns Policy

Coffee Products: Due to their perishable nature, coffee products cannot be returned. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your coffee, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to inquire about eligibility for online store credit.

Non-Perishable Products: Non-perishable items may be returned, provided they are in good condition and the return is approved. You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. To start the process, please contact us and include any necessary documentation for our review.

Third-Party Purchases: For orders placed through third-party partners like Amazon or local grocery stores, we cannot process returns directly. Please contact the Customer Care team of the respective partner for guidance on returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items: If you receive an item damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To qualify for a replacement, we will need photos of the damaged items.
